Grand Plumbing provides grease trap services as part of our commercial plumbing and service division, servicing Miami-Dade and Broward counties. We service various types of restaurants, malls, and other food industry companies throughout South Florida with grease trap installation, replacement, pump out services, and DERM FOG (FCD) Condition Assessments.

Unlike many grease trap companies, Grand Plumbing houses a fleet of top-of-the-line industry equipment. Our high pressure jetting and sewer camera services are necessary components to our full-service grease trap division. Many grease trap companies only skim the top of the grease trap, however Grand Plumbing guarantees 100% pump out of all food waste materials and kitchen grease.

Grease Trap Maintenance
We are often asked how frequently should a grease trap be cleaned out. Grease traps follow the 1/4 rule. Once your trap is filled 1/4 with fats, oils, grease, and solids (FOGS), it should be pumped out. Most grease traps will fall into a cleaning schedule every 1-3 months. If you notice slow drainage in your facility, call Grand Plumbing. It is usually too late once you smell a bad odor. We offer emergency services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to stop food waste and kitchen grease from entering the city sewer system.

Make Grand Plumbing your grease trap service and commercial plumbing service provider. We are your emergency plumber, available 24/7. We service popular restaurant areas, such as: Bal Harbour, Brickell, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Design District, Doral, Downtown Miami, Miami Beach, MiMo, Little Havana, SoFi, South Beach, South Miami, Sunset Harbour, and Wynwood.
